The Webelos Den Leader Training Award is issued to Scouters who have achieved 1 year of tenure as a Webelos:

Along with tenure the recipient must also fulfill other requirements that are the measure of quality leadership.

To apply for the award for yourself or a fellow Scouter, simply download the following form and turn in at Roundtable:
