This exciting event is held every year in downtown Roseburg, OR. Packs, Troops, Teams, Crews, and Posts from all over the Council attend this gigantic "Tribute to our Veterans"! Held traditionally on the 11th day of the 11th month on the 11th hour. November 11th at 11am every year. |
