They got back a flag, freshly flown in the cold January air of Afghanistan. Troop members will collect donations to deliver to households in need. Community Announcements \| November 11, 2007 Safari looks for teen ambassadors WINSTON: Wildlife Safari is accepting applications for its Ambassador Program through Nov. 19. The program is open to 13- to 17-year-olds. Applicants complete an interview process in the fall. This year it will have a bit of a tip too. He organized 16 Boy Scouts and family members from Troop 111 of Winston to rebuild the north railroad bridge at the Wildlife Safari. Smalley will be honored for his achievement of the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in the Boy Scouts at 3 p.m. Saturday at Faith Lutheran Church, 820 W. Kenwood Street in Roseburg. The presenter will be Dr. Richard Turner.
