The Cub Scouter Training Award is issued to Scouters who have achieved 2 year of tenure in one or more of the following positions:

  • Committee Member

  • Committee Chair

  • Charter Organization Representative

  • Cubmaster

  • Den Leader

  • Asst. Den Leader

  • Webelos Leader

  • Asst. Webelos Leader

  • Tiger Coach

  • Den Leader Coach

Along with tenure the recipient must also fulfill other requirements that are the measure of quality leadership.

Any tenure used for other awards (Den Leader, Webelos Leader, Cubmaster, Den Leader Coach, Tiger Coach) cannot be used in applying for this award.
